Hawthorne at Smith Creek is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for 1 pet, $250 for the second pet as well as $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Maximum 3 pets per home. 100lb weight limit total. Breed restrictions apply.
